Interested in changing your previously purchased In-Person Ticket to a Virtual Ticket? Email us your Order Details and we can help you convert your ticket. You have the option to receive a refund for the difference or you can choose to donate the difference to the SAMPOSIUM Fund.

How this works:
- We receive your form submission with all the details we need to refund or switch and donate your ticket.
- If you chose Refund, you will see an email letting you know the refund has been processed. Refund usually takes 10 business days after execution.
- If you chose Switch to Virtual Pass and Donate we will take your existing purchase info and use that register you to a Virtual Pass. You should see an email come in confirming your Virtual Pass. Please specify in the Additional Message if you’d like to update your information when switching to the virtual pass.

SAMPOSIUM FUND INFORMATION . . .
While we are excited about the inaugural SAMPOSIUM, our hope is that will become a yearly event that will bring inspirational and engaging speakers to Columbus. This can be done only with the support of our community. The Columbus Botanical Garden has set up a dedicated fund to ensure the continuation of Mr. Pate’s passion for teaching. All gifts and contributions to this fund will be used only towards growing SAMPOSIUM into a self-sustaining celebration of nature and education for people of all ages in Columbus and beyond.
