Mindful Yoga with Erika

Join us each Friday in the Garden at 8:30am, to unwind into your weekend in this mindful yoga class that will guide you back to your body and breath. Enjoy the moment to moment unfolding of your life as you move through yoga poses that will enhance your flexibility, strength and balance. Leave feeling restored and centered.
This is a co-ed class for all skill levels.
