Scott Peacock is a James Beard Award-winning chef. He worked for two Georgia governers and founded Atlanta’s Horseradish Grill and Watershed restaurants. Scott and Edna Lewis co-authored The Gift of Southern Cooking, a mutual devotion to and appreciation of Southern cooking. In Marion, Alabama, he operates from Reverie Mansion where he is creating the Biscuit Experience that was featured in Garden & Gun magazine. Food & Wine named his biscuit one of their 40 best recipes ever published.
