Bird-Feeding Wreath Workshop – Saturday, September 15 (10 am to 12 pm)

Welcome your feathered friends this autumn with a wreath buffet! Using natural materials, participants will create a wreath certain to attract a variety of birds and also be an attractive addition to your garden décor! You will also learn about additional goodies that can be added to your wreath throughout autumn that birds will love! So, decorate your garden this season and welcome birds with a bird-feeding wreath! All materials provided. Please bring garden gloves and hand pruners. Seating is limited! Register early!
Program Cost: $40 per garden member / $45 per non-member

Take your Halloween decorating to a whole new level with painted pumpkins! The perfect Halloween activity for kids of all ages, participants will enjoy creating artistic pumpkins with paint and a variety of fun embellishments. So, wear old clothes and bring your festive Halloween decorating talents to this fun family activity! Seating is limited! Register early! Pre-registration is required.

Get into the spirit of Christmas at the Columbus Botanical Garden! Join our floral design instructors at the Garden and let them inspire your Christmas creativity by demonstrating how to create a lush natural evergreen wreath — sure to make your home beautiful and bright for the holidays! After the demonstrations, participants, using an eclectic mix of fresh greenery, berries and garden highlights, will be able to create their own evergreen Christmas wreath —certain to add festive cheer to the holiday season! All supplies (straw wreath forms, pins, wire, etc.) will be provided, including an abundance of fresh greenery and natural materials. Bring pruning shears and garden gloves. Dress in clothing that can get messy. You are welcome to bring materials to decorate your wreath (glitter, ornaments, ribbon for bow making, etc.). Seating is limited!
